Senior Python Engineer

Job Summary

Joining the Integration team remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Python Engineer will take full ownership of backend features, design and maintain scalable services using Python and Django, and build integrations with essential external systems such as KYC and payment partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and integrations
• Implement observability across integration flows, including monitoring and alerting
• Support production issues and participate in on-call rotations

Required qualifications

• At least 5+ years of development experience with Python and strong API integration skills
• Proven experience integrating third-party APIs, particularly in payments and KYC
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and concurrency
• Experience in architecture design of highly loaded and scalable solutions
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
