Senior Python Engineer
Job Summary
Building and scaling agentic AI systems for enterprise use, the full-time Senior Python Engineer will develop Python services that integrate AI capabilities into a production platform while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Drive backend development for AI workflows and evolve Python/FastAPI services powering core capabilities
- Productionize LLM integrations and implement systems for usage, quotas, retries, and cost controls
- Design for security and compliance, focusing on customer data handling and auditability for regulated workloads
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software development experience, with 5+ years in building Python services in production
- Proven experience with AWS and cloud-native backend services relevant to secure enterprise workloads
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and data-intensive system design, including large-scale data processing patterns
- Experience with multi-tenant systems, RBAC, and secure data handling in regulated environments
- Hands-on experience building LLM-driven workflows and familiarity with frameworks like LangGraph
