Senior QA Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Quality Analyst or QA Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops, designs, and deploys test scripts and cases for complex modules using automated testing tools
• Assists in defining and documenting testing methodologies, tools, processes, and life cycle to enhance the client's testing strategy
• Leads the development and execution of QA policies, procedures, and standards for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Healthcare payer experience, including testing purchased software and custom applications
• Experience in software testing methods, tools, and approaches
• Understanding of leading test and defect management tools
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent applicable experience
• Three or more years of practical experience in preparing, executing, and documenting test cases and managing defects
