Senior QA Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Quality Analyst to oversee QA processes and ensure alignment with business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop testing strategies for integrated applications supporting member and provider correspondence
• Lead onshore and offshore teams in executing testing plans and reporting issues
• Review functional specifications and evaluate test automation opportunities

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Engineering, focusing on modern Web and Cloud applications
• Proven experience in Service Delivery Management and client-facing roles within enterprise IT organizations
• Ability to write medium to complex SQL queries for test data identification or application backend validation
• Understanding of different data file formats like XML and JSON
