Senior QA Analyst

Job Summary

Bringing a strong passion for quality, the fully remote Senior QA Analyst will manage quality assurance efforts for web, mobile, and IVR applications, focusing on manual testing and database validation while producing clear technical documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Rapidly acquire and maintain a deep understanding of credit card features and functionality across multiple platforms
• Draft and execute test cases and scripts, analyzing and documenting results while identifying and tracking defects
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the clear understanding and resolution of issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis
• Extensive experience in the financial services and/or credit card industry
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices
