Senior QA Analyst
Job Summary
To support critical Change Requests and Maintenance & Operations initiatives, the contract Senior QA Analyst will lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), develop test strategies, and coordinate quality assurance activities across CAPS systems while working remotely with occasional in-person collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Lead UAT activities, including test execution, issue tracking, and release readiness support
- Develop and maintain comprehensive UAT strategies, test plans, and test scenarios aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and validate business and functional requirements, ensuring complete test coverage
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and/or Business Analysis roles
- At least three years of experience in test automation and transitioning manual testing processes into automated solutions
- Strong experience in developing test strategies, test cases, and executing various types of testing
- Hands-on experience with QA and test management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
