Senior QA Analyst

Job Summary

Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality assurance efforts, the full-time Senior QA Analyst will develop test strategies, manage testing activities, and ensure system enhancements meet business requirements while working remotely with occasional in-person collaboration as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive UAT strategies, test plans, and testing approaches aligned with business objectives and timelines
• Lead and coordinate UAT activities, including test execution, issue tracking, and release readiness support across assigned projects
• Analyze business requirements and create, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts for various testing activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and/or Business Analysis roles
• At least three years of experience in test automation and developing automation strategies
• Strong experience in developing test strategies, test cases, and executing functional and regression testing
• Hands-on experience with QA and test management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
