Senior QA Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Analyst in a full-time remote capacity, this role will design and execute comprehensive test strategies, ensure the accuracy of AI-generated outputs, and mentor QA team members while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies covering end-to-end workflows and integrations
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of AI-generated conversations and data capture across varied scenarios
- Partner with Product and Engineering to influence requirements and drive continuous improvement in QA processes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including ownership of complex feature areas
- Experience developing and executing test strategies for end-to-end workflows
- Exposure to AI-driven systems, conversational interfaces, or data-driven automation preferred
- Strong experience testing APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
