Senior QA Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead org-wide QA strategies and processes across the full testing spectrum
• Drive adoption of testing best practices and influence teams without authority
• Mentor QA engineers and build reusable testing toolkits and automation frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience driving org-wide testing strategies and scaling QA practices
• Strong experience with automation frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright
• Clear understanding of test pyramids, coverage strategies, and quality KPIs
• Strategic mindset regarding testing approaches within an organization
• Bonus: experience with performance/security testing or SaaS scale-ups
