Senior QA Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive automation-first testing strategies and own overall test strategy, including planning, design, execution, and reporting
• Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks and develop CI/CD pipelines for automated testing
• Perform performance and load testing, participate in defect triage meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA practices

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong experience in Java-based automation and database validation
• Proven expertise in end-to-end, integration, regression, and performance testing
• Hands-on experience leading or influencing QA best practices within delivery teams
