Senior QA Automation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to drive software quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and coordinate the overall automation test strategy and ensure automation for backlog manual test cases
• Lead the design, development, maintenance, and execution of automated test scripts and frameworks
• Manage and mentor junior QA automation engineers, promoting technical excellence and process improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation or as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), including lead or senior roles
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Extensive experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cucumber)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
