Define and execute a QA automation strategy across various tech stacks
Provide technical guidance on automation tools and mentor team members on test automation fundamentals

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in QA engineering with a focus on test automation
Proven leadership in QA initiatives within complex, multi-team environments
Proficiency with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
Strong understanding of API testing and integration test strategies
Experience with diverse tech stacks including microservices and cloud environments (AWS preferred)
