Senior QA Automation Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer with proven experience in software test automation and knowledge of AI tools applied to QA processes, this full-time remote position is available for candidates located in LATAM and focuses on designing, developing, and executing automated tests to validate functionalities.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated tests to validate software functionalities
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
- Document and report defects clearly and participate in defining testing strategies
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a QA Engineer
- Experience in software test automation and basic to intermediate programming skills
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Cypress, Serenity, Karate, and K6
- Experience using AI tools for QA Automation, preferably GitHub Copilot or similar
