Senior QA Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Driving the automation strategy, the full-time Senior QA Automation Engineer will design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript) and Python, focusing on applications that utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test suites and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline
• Identify and communicate bugs during testing phases while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Act as a quality advocate throughout the software development lifecycle, continuously improving QA processes and tools

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on test automation development
• Strong expertise in Typescript, Playwright, and Python for developing and maintaining test automation frameworks
• Proficiency in API testing and solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DOM, React)
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub Actions
• Ability to read and debug application and system logs effectively
