Senior QA Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer for a remote, full-time position, who will design and maintain automated testing frameworks using Playwright, expand test coverage, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automated test suites and frameworks using Playwright
• Build scalable automation frameworks with reusable components to ensure test reliability
• Mentor team members on automation best practices and communicate testing progress to stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance/test automation
• Strong hands-on expertise with Playwright for UI automation
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience with REST API testing and validating RESTful services
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and the software testing lifecycle
