Senior QA Automation Engineer

Job Summary

Designing and leading the quality strategy for a banking and on-chain payments platform, the full-time Senior QA Automation Engineer will build automated testing systems to ensure the reliability, security, and correctness of bank integrations and real-time token transaction flows in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build scalable test automation frameworks for banking APIs and backend services
• Implement automated testing for banking and blockchain integrations, including functional and edge-case validations
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable fast and reliable releases

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in QA automation or quality engineering within regulated financial environments
• Prior hands-on experience working at a bank or regulated financial institution
• Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar languages for test automation
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as PyTest, Playwright, or Cypress
• Strong knowledge of banking compliance and control frameworks (e.g., SOC, SOX, PCI DSS)
