Key responsibilities
- Build foundational test automation strategies across the platform, transforming complex environments into automated pipelines
- Develop test strategies for high-stakes asynchronous workflows to catch edge cases before production
- Implement automated evaluation suites for AI agent flows and ensure continuous verification within CI/CD pipelines
Required qualifications
- Proven experience designing and scaling test automation frameworks from scratch
- Deep understanding of failure modes in distributed systems and state changes across microservices
- Strong engineering skills in TypeScript or Python, with experience in Playwright and PyTest
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases, relational databases, and AWS environments
- Ability to take ownership of complex technical problems and implement robust automated solutions
