Senior QA Automation Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior QA Automation Lead, the full-time remote position will design and maintain scalable automation solutions, drive quality initiatives across multiple projects, and collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automation frameworks for web applications and APIs
• Lead quality initiatives and mentor engineering teams in best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing strategies and quality metrics

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience
• 4+ years of Test Automation experience with strong programming skills in at least one modern language
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration and Git workflows
• Technical leadership experience, including mentoring and project management
• Proficiency in SQL for database validation and troubleshooting
