Senior QA Automation Lead
Job Summary
Leading end-to-end testing initiatives for healthcare claims transformation, the full-time Senior QA Automation Lead will manage migration testing, ensure quality and integrity of claims processes, and collaborate with stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end testing activities for healthcare claims migration initiatives, ensuring validation of claims processing and payment integrity
- Drive migration and parallel testing activities, including baseline validation and reconciliation
- Develop and advance automation and AI-enabled testing practices using Playwright and other frameworks
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of strong Healthcare Payer domain expertise, including Claims Adjudication and Payment Integrity
- Proven experience leading end-to-end testing for healthcare claims migration and modernization programs
- Experience managing migration testing, parallel testing, and source-to-target reconciliation
- Strong test management and stakeholder management experience
- Experience with Playwright automation for UI and API testing
