Senior QA Automation Leader

Job Summary

To support a complex enterprise platform engagement, the full-time Senior QA Automation Leader will define and standardize the automation strategy for QA certification across a distributed platform, focusing on transforming fragmented processes into clear, repeatable workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define the QA certification standard, including pass/fail criteria and documentation requirements
• Assess and enhance the current automated testing landscape, identifying gaps and establishing a centralized testing approach
• Lead technical discussions and coordinate with engineering and QA teams to drive agreement on certification processes and requirements

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in QA automation, quality engineering, or test architecture
• Strong experience with distributed systems, microservices, and service-oriented architectures
• Hands-on expertise in automated acceptance testing, integration testing, and CI/CD execution
• Proficiency in Java and/or Python-based test automation environments
• Experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD orchestration tools
