Senior QA Consultant

Job Summary

To support a large enterprise initiative, the temporary Senior QA Consultant will provide coaching and strategic guidance to an existing QA team and leadership, focusing on enhancing QA practices and processes in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the QA Manager to mentor leadership and refine QA best practices
• Assess current QA processes and define testing strategies for a large enterprise platform
• Establish clearer QA processes and improve communication of QA strategies and metrics to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in QA / Quality Engineering
• Strong background in test automation across various platforms
• Experience in advising on QA strategy for large-scale projects
• Prior experience mentoring or coaching QA leaders or teams
• Solid understanding of CI/CD and modern testing practices
