Senior QA Developer

Job Summary

To drive the overarching test strategy for a digital banking modernization initiative, the contracted-to-full-time Senior QA Developer will design and implement automated testing frameworks, lead performance and security testing, and ensure a seamless member experience upon go-live in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the master test strategy, test plans, and test cases for the digital banking platform
• Build and manage automated testing frameworks, including performance and security testing protocols
• Lead business validation, regression, and operational testing across multiple environments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of recent experience in QA Automation and Test Leadership roles
• Hands-on expertise with modern automated testing frameworks (UI and API testing)
• Experience with performance testing tools and security testing methodologies
• Strong analytical skills for defect management and root cause analysis in complex environments
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
