Senior QA Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior QA Engineer (Agile methodologies).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Quality & Compliance Initiatives by managing QMS systems and driving continuous quality improvements
- Excellence in Quality Operations through planning and refining processes related to customer feedback and software defects
- Collaborate Across Teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout engineering, manufacturing, and operations processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within the Medical Device industry, preferably in leadership roles
- Deep understanding of QMS principles with a successful implementation track record
- Strong background in risk management and Agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience with automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of international regulations and standards such as EU MDR, FDA QSR, and ISO 13485
