Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join their engineering team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and manage QA test plans for multiple product lines
Lead QA planning sessions and perform browser testing with Playwright, translating tests into automated scripts
Mentor QA engineers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with development leads on quality standards

Required Qualifications

5+ years of QA experience with demonstrated leadership and strategic planning
Experience leading testing efforts for complex, multi-component systems
Familiarity with AI tooling, git, and high-level programming languages such as JavaScript or Python
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with various testing techniques and mentoring team members
