Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement best practices and methodologies for optical transceiver testing
• Lead the development of comprehensive test plans and oversee performance validation against industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities within the product lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in optical transceiver testing or quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a lead capacity
• Extensive hands-on experience with optical test equipment and high-speed data transmission protocols
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring technical teams in a remote environment
• In-depth understanding of optical transceiver technologies and industry standards
