Senior QA Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior QA Engineer to bridge the gap between rapid feature development and enterprise-grade reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct manual testing and exploratory testing to identify usability issues and regressions
• Drive the testing strategy for backend systems, focusing on API interactions and Kubernetes resource management
• Design and develop a roadmap for transitioning manual workflows into automated test frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA or Software Testing, with at least 1 year in a senior role
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes environments and distributed systems
• Strong programming skills in at least one language (Go preferred, or Python)
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects
• Strong initiative to identify and address tasks independently
