Senior QA Engineer

Job Summary

To ensure the quality and reliability of an AI-powered SaaS product, the full-time Senior QA Engineer will manage QA processes from requirements review to release validation, working collaboratively in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Own QA for AI-powered SaaS features, designing and executing test plans for various workflows
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory, API, integration, and end-to-end testing while investigating issues across multiple systems
• Build and maintain automated tests for critical user journeys and improve test coverage and release readiness

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience in QA, quality engineering, or software testing for SaaS or complex software products
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity about system functionality
• Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
• Ability to write scripts or automated tests in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Familiarity with REST APIs, CI/CD workflows, and database queries
