Senior QA Engineer

Job Summary

Leading quality assurance efforts within a software development team, the full-time Senior QA Engineer will design, execute, and manage comprehensive test strategies while mentoring junior QA engineers and collaborating with development teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases for hardware and software platforms
• Conduct manual and automation testing activities, collaborating with product teams to translate requirements into test cases
• Engage in cross-team collaboration to enhance testing efficiency and participate in peer reviews to reduce testability issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 5+ years of experience in QA, with hands-on programming skills in Java and JavaScript
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows, Android, and iOS environments
• Experience with backend and front-end testing, as well as test automation tools like Sahi and Selenium
• Familiarity with SQL databases, REST API development, and test automation testing skills
