Senior QA Engineer

Job Summary

Owning quality across an AI voice assistant, the full-time Senior QA Engineer will conduct manual testing of prompt and agent behavior, mobile and TV applications, and backend integrations while working remotely across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Assessing assistant quality through prompt following and compliance checks, while identifying regressions between versions
• Performing end-to-end manual testing of the assistant on mobile and TV devices, including voice interaction and product scenarios
• Verifying the backend platform's functionality and integrations, ensuring correct request paths and analyzing logs and traces

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of manual QA experience with a high level of ownership and self-direction
• Experience testing AI agents, including prompt following and response quality
• Proficiency in using AI observability and tracing tools for analysis
• Experience with mobile and/or TV app testing, with a focus on voice interaction quality
• Solid understanding of QA fundamentals, including test design and defect handling
