Senior QA Engineer

Job Summary

Owning quality across an AI voice assistant, the full-time Senior QA Engineer will be responsible for manual testing of prompt behavior, mobile and TV applications, and backend integrations while working remotely across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Assessing the quality of the AI assistant, including prompt compliance and regression testing
• Conducting end-to-end manual testing of the assistant on mobile and TV devices, focusing on voice interaction quality
• Verifying the backend platform's functionality and integrations, utilizing observability and tracing tools

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of manual QA experience with a strong sense of ownership and self-direction
• Experience testing AI agents and assistants, including prompt following and response quality
• Proficiency in backend testing and API verification (REST/gRPC)
• Familiarity with AI observability and tracing tools such as LangSmith
• Hands-on experience with mobile and/or TV application testing
