Senior QA Engineer

Job Summary

Driving quality across multiple projects, the full-time Senior QA Engineer will blend hands-on manual and automated testing with process ownership and mentorship, ensuring risks are identified before reaching production in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review requirements and technical specifications, collaborating with product managers and developers to define acceptance criteria
• Design and execute comprehensive test cases for functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing across web and mobile applications
• Log and track defects, perform root cause analysis, and document test results while establishing and monitoring QA KPIs

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of quality assurance experience
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, defect lifecycle, and SDLC/STLC
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies
• Experience writing test cases in BDD/Gherkin syntax
• Hands-on experience with at least one test management tool (e.g., Jira/Xray, TestRail, Zephyr)
