Senior QA Engineer
Job Summary
To support a new product squad working on a crypto payment platform, the remote contracted Senior QA Engineer will focus on quality assurance through automation, writing and maintaining automated tests, and performing exploratory and acceptance testing to ensure successful client-facing releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the test strategy and execution for acceptance, exploratory, and regression testing
- Write and maintain automated UI and API tests on the shared test framework
- Review product requirements and acceptance criteria, providing feedback before development starts
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer on web applications
- Strong experience writing and maintaining automated test scripts for UI, API, or backend tests
- Good programming skills in TypeScript
- Proficiency in a modern automation framework, such as Playwright
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
