Senior QA Engineer
Job Summary
Owning quality on complex, data-driven web applications, the fully remote Senior QA Engineer will manage test coverage, collaborate with agile teams, and ensure high-quality deliverables throughout the software development life cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Build and communicate test coverage that aligns with project risk and requirements
- Plan and execute test cases for user stories while partnering with developers to resolve defects early
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients and maintain visibility of quality status
Required qualifications
- Experience on an agile development team as a Quality Engineer, managing test strategy and execution
- Proficiency in writing comprehensive test plans and adapting coverage based on changing requirements
- Solid understanding of web applications, APIs, and cloud technologies
- Ability to support multiple client projects and prioritize testing efforts effectively
- Experience working within scoped budgets or billable-hours environments
