Senior QA Engineer

Job Summary

Leading Confirmation API implementations for audit and financial clients, the full-time remote Senior QA Engineer will engage in hands-on technical consulting, troubleshooting issues, and managing client expectations while advocating for their needs internally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end API implementations from project kickoff through go-live support
• Work closely with client technical teams to understand requirements and guide them through test environments into production
• Serve as the primary consultant contact, providing updates on progress and managing scope while advocating for client needs with internal teams

Required Qualifications:

• Proven technical consulting experience, preferably with API integrations or software implementations in client-facing situations
• Strong problem-solving ability with a knack for learning products deeply and guiding clients through challenges
• Solid understanding of tax and accounting processes, with experience engaging with accounting and audit professionals
• Technical depth in APIs, REST, authentication, and system integration; hands-on API implementation experience is valuable
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience in technical consulting or software implementation
