Senior QA Engineer (DevOps)

Job Summary

To support DevOps and QA initiatives, the full-time remote Senior QA Engineer (DevOps) will lead technical evidence gathering for audits, create and govern system documentation, and execute release certifications while ensuring compliance with security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical evidence gathering for audits and compliance reviews to ensure accuracy and readiness
• Own the creation and governance of system documentation, including data flows and PHI data stores
• Drive cross-functional implementation and validation of compliance requirements across systems and workflows

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical role supporting HIPAA and HITRUST environments
• Proven ability to produce clear compliance documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Extensive experience leading and supporting external audits, including evidence collection and auditor coordination
• Preferred certifications: CCSFP (HITRUST), CISA, CISM, CISSP
• High school diploma or GED required
