Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior QA Manager to lead and transform its Engineering's QA function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, establishing roles and fostering a culture of improvement
• Transform QA practices by implementing automation-first and AI-augmented testing strategies
• Embed quality into engineering processes, ensuring it is integrated throughout development and deployment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in QA automation, SDET, or software engineering focused on testing
• Experience with modern test frameworks and a strong understanding of the full testing pyramid
• Experience implementing AI-assisted QA workflows or tools in production environments
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, test orchestration, and deployment workflows
• Experience scaling QA practices from early-stage to growth-stage teams
