Senior QA Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior QA Manager to own and evolve the quality strategy for their AAA title.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and refine the QA process, including workflows, test frameworks, and success metrics
• Lead and maintain a high-performing internal QA organization and manage external QA partnerships
• Provide quality signals, risk assessments, and readiness input to development teams for decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Shipped at least two games in a Lead QA capacity across console(s) and PC
• Experience building and leading high-performing QA teams
• Prior experience with TRCs/TCRs
• Experience developing test frameworks and plans from project goals
• (Bonus) Unreal Engine, outsource team, and JIRA experience
