Senior QA Manager

Job Summary

Driving end-to-end quality engineering strategy, the full-time Senior QA Manager will oversee program-level test management for large-scale system implementations, ensuring high-quality delivery through governance and execution across multiple workstreams and client testing.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a unified program-level test strategy and integrated master test plan across all applications and workstreams
• Own and govern the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including functional, integration, automation, and UAT support
• Provide executive-level reporting on testing progress, risks, and overall quality health

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance with 3+ years in program-level testing leadership roles
• Experience managing large-scale, complex programs, preferably in government or regulated environments
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Agile, DevOps, and SDLC methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven ability to lead large high-performing QA teams
