Senior QA Performance Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior QA Performance Engineer will manage load and performance testing for web and mobile applications, collaborating with engineering teams to shape performance strategy and deliver comprehensive reports.

Key responsibilities

• Use JMeter to conduct load and performance testing, designing and executing test scenarios
• Collect performance targets from stakeholders and report issues discovered during evaluations
• Mentor junior engineers on performance testing best practices and maintain documentation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance test simulations and analysis of web-based enterprise applications
• Proficiency in JMeter and performance monitoring tools such as Grafana
• Strong understanding of load testing concepts, infrastructure components, and advanced SQL
• Experience in an object-oriented programming language (C#.NET or Java)
• Hands-on experience with performance testing in Kubernetes environments
