Senior QA/QC Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of QA/QC.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC policies, procedures, and standards for residential solar assets
• Lead a team of quality control inspectors and analysts to perform regular site inspections, technical audits, and performance reviews
• Collaborate with asset operations, engineering, and financing teams to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Construction Management, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in QA/QC, asset management, or related roles within the renewable energy or solar industry
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong technical knowledge of residential solar systems, electrical components, and system performance metrics
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., UL, IEEE, NEC) and quality assurance methodologies
