Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Construction Management, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in QA/QC or asset management within the renewable energy or solar industry
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong technical knowledge of residential solar systems and performance metrics
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and quality assurance methodologies
