Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project testing activities and collaborate with developers to enhance quality assurance
Define and coordinate test plans, execute testing approaches, and evaluate associated risks
Ensure digital insurance experiences meet end-user requirements and uncover potential risks

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years' experience in back-end business systems with a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, or 5 years' experience with a Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in developing and implementing test plans and approaches
Experience in documenting and resolving test issues according to established processes
Familiarity with accessibility, analytics, and project management tools
