Senior QA Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. QA Specialist to lead back-end testing and ensure quality assurance processes are followed.

Key Responsibilities

• Create test strategies, plans, and test cases while ensuring thorough documentation
• Perform hands-on testing and certify applications for release to production
• Provide technical guidance to testing teams and collaborate with IT staff on system requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in IT development or testing environments with strong manual back-end testing skills
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database testing and testing management tools
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC, along with testing concepts
• Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field or equivalent work experience
• Experience in healthcare or financial domains is preferred
