Senior QA Tester

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end digital experimentation initiatives, the contract Senior QA Tester will develop testing strategies, execute A/B and multivariate tests, and analyze results to enhance website optimization and customer experience in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end digital experimentation and A/B testing programs
• Develop testing hypotheses based on customer behavior and business objectives
• Design, execute, monitor, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of digital experimentation or conversion rate optimization experience
• Hands-on experience with Optimizely (preferred) or Adobe Target
• Strong experience with Adobe Analytics
• Experience building and interpreting test reports using statistical significance
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
