Senior QA Tester

Job Summary

Joining a forward-thinking team, the full-time Senior QA Tester will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of next-generation AI-driven systems through systematic debugging, prompt engineering, and functional testing in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Systematically debug complex software issues and conduct in-depth log analysis to ensure product stability
• Design and optimize AI prompts tailored to diverse personas and tasks while guiding model behaviors through few-shot and zero-shot learning strategies
• Execute comprehensive functional testing utilizing test management tools such as Jira, Qtest, and Selenium, while overseeing defect tracking processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in systematic debugging, log analysis, performance profiling, and incident response
• 2+ years of experience in prompt engineering, including prompt design and tool integration
• 5+ years of functional testing experience with proficiency in Jira, Qtest, and Selenium
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools and processes
