Senior QA Tester - Healthcare

Job Summary

To ensure high-quality software products, the full-time Senior QA Tester - Healthcare will develop and execute test plans, analyze test results, and mentor junior staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute software test plans and test cases to identify defects and ensure software functionality meets requirements
• Analyze test results and maintain documentation to assist in debugging and software modification
• Guide and mentor a team of testers, supporting project testing efforts and collaborating with associates and third-party resources

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 5 years of experience in software development and/or testing
• Proficiency in SQL is mandatory
• Strong understanding of US Healthcare Payer/Provider business logic, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines
• Experience with Facets application testing is preferred
