Senior QA & UAT Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior QA & User Acceptance Testing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UAT and manual QA for complex payroll workflows, defining test scenarios and executing end-to-end testing
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Client Ops teams to identify defects and improve release readiness
• Apply industry expertise to validate solutions for real-world entertainment payroll operations and ensure operational readiness

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in the entertainment industry with a strong understanding of payroll workflows and user personas
• 5+ years of experience in QA, UAT, or quality-focused roles within complex software systems
• Experience leading manual QA and UAT for workflow-heavy, operational products
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous requirements into concrete test scenarios
• Ability to work independently in fast-moving, evolving environments
