Senior QNXT Benefit Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure accurate claims adjudication and regulatory compliance, the 100% remote Senior QNXT Benefit Configuration Analyst will design, configure, validate, and maintain complex benefit setups within the QNXT platform on a contract-to-hire basis.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure benefits including copays, deductibles, service codes, and accumulators within the QNXT platform
• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and configuration analysis using Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL)
• Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and QNXT capabilities, recommending workarounds or custom solutions as needed

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on QNXT benefit configuration experience
• Strong expertise across QNXT core modules: Benefit Configuration, Claims, Enrollment, Authorization
• Solid understanding of Commercial and Government plan designs (HMO, PPO, POS, ASO, Medicare, Medicaid, ACA)
• Experience with data migration, mapping, conversions, and mass benefit updates
• Proficiency with QCS and CMT tools for configuration management and migrations
