Senior Qualitative Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing remote Client Services team in Mexico, the full-time Senior Qualitative Project Manager will oversee and manage the full project lifecycle of global market research projects, ensuring timely delivery, client satisfaction, and effective collaboration across functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple global market research projects from proposal acceptance to final invoicing, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic recommendations and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality deliverables

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of qualitative market research project management experience, preferably in a client-facing role within the healthcare sector
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong proficiency in market research tools and project management software
• Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships with a focus on delivering value
• Comfortable leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance workflows and data integrity
