Senior Quality Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance product quality through innovative solutions, the remote Senior Quality Analyst will implement AI-driven QA processes, design intelligent automation initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve defect prevention and accelerate delivery timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-enabled QA solutions for early defect identification and prevention in the SDLC
• Build and enhance automated testing frameworks for various systems while integrating AI capabilities into the QA ecosystem
• Analyze production trends and collaborate with development teams to establish proactive quality gates and automation solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in QA, Quality Engineering, or Test Automation roles
• Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML-enabled solutions within QA or SDLC processes
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, STLC, Agile, and DevOps practices
• Experience with test automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar
